The Concept

Why Breezed?

Anyone who embarks on a Breezed trip (a Zephyr), shall disembark from a life-changing experience. Zephyrs will get the opportunity to finally have a little taste of topics they have always been intrigued by, no longer having to choose between going on vacation or feeding their curiosity.

The Logo

Is it a B? Is it a P?

The logo is inspired by the Egyptian cartouche: a hieroglyphic oval symbol indicating that the name enclosed belongs to royals. Ancient Egypt is without a doubt one of the most influential civilisations that our world has witnessed. We were particularly inspired by its influence on different fields and use of planked boats – amongst the first known to humans.

Who are the Zephyr Leaders?

The Team

Noran

Noran is the mastermind behind Breezed. She is an engineer who worked in top companies worldwide. As a curious mind, she wanted to learn about new topics but found that she would always have to sacrifice her much needed time off. When she is not nerding about a new topic, she is definitely on a crazy adventure somewhere in the world.

Toby

Toby is the brain and muscle behind Stoke Brands Co. He has been in the travel industry for over two decades. Given the pandemic, he can certainly say he has seen the travel industry change tremendously. He believes that educative travel is the next big thing. When he is not bossing around in the office, he can be found on a surfboard.

Giacomo

Giacomo is the Founder’s Associate Intern here at Breezed aka Noran’s right-hand man. He is a recent master’s graduate in International Management with experience in the hospitality industry from working in island resorts to Parisian restaurants. Being the biggest foodie on the team we find him constantly in the kitchen cooking up another creation.

Corinna

Coco is the General Manager at Stoke Brands Co. With an unparalleled excitement for customer service and seamless operations, Coco has spent the last decade dedicated to travel. She is known to be the ‘fire extinguisher’. Outside of work, Coco can be found slaying dragons, cheering on Queer artists, and playing board games at the local pub.

Gravy

Gravy is the Chief Marketing Officer at the Stoke Brands Co., where he has worked for 15 years. Prior to this, he worked as the Editor in Chief of Australia’s Surfing Life Magazine, and he mentored at the Global Hobo travel writing retreats. When he is not dreaming about sailing with Breezed, Gravy is off exploring Spain’s wine regions and surfing waves wherever they are breaking.
